At CAM4, we believe that great models deserve more than just a platform. They deserve a community. That's why we recently launched a new initiative under CAM4 Cares: ModelConnection — a safe, confidential space created exclusively for our female models.

What is ModelConnection?

ModelConnection is a guided group session where models come together to talk, share, and support one another. Not as therapy, but as a powerful combination of peer connection and professional coaching. The sessions are facilitated by Emma, an experienced coach who works with international groups and conducts sessions in English.

The concept is simple but effective: models connect via Zoom, cameras on, and step into small breakout rooms for open conversations guided by focused coaching questions. No advice-giving, no judgment — just space to discover your own insights about your work, your routine, and your mindset.

Why This Matters

Broadcasting from home can be incredibly isolating. There are few colleagues to lean on, and in your personal life, people rarely understand what the work truly involves. ModelConnection fills exactly that gap.

The initiative supports three concrete goals:

• A stronger model community
• A healthier work mindset and greater accountability
• Sustainable long-term growth and wellbeing

How Was the First Session?

The first official session took place on March 12th at 8:00 PM UK time, and the results speak for themselves. Models from different regions — with no overlapping audiences — came together in an open, neutral setting. What stood out: even participants who seemed a little hesitant at first came back from the breakout rooms visibly energised and at ease.

The impact was clear, and the participants said it best themselves:

ModelConnection is designed for a selected group of our most valued and dedicated models. You'll receive a personal invitation — not by chance, but because we genuinely recognise your commitment and energy on the platform.

You don't need to have a specific issue to participate. Come as you are — whether you want to catch up, share something on your mind, or simply hear how others balance work and life.
